Our Northern New Jersey-based attorneys have acted as principal state regulatory counsel representing Jersey Central Power & Light Company in a wide range of matters before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) and in related court proceedings for over a decade. Jersey Central, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp., is the second largest electric utility in New Jersey.
